into-one (https://into-one.vercel.app) is a private productivity tool operated by Wasil Islam. Last updated: October 6, 2026.
When you connect a Gmail account, into-one reads message headers, snippets and the text of recent threads (at most the last 24 hours, only when you ask it to). When you connect Slack, it reads recent direct messages, threads and mentions you can already see.
Data is used only to show you which conversations need your attention and to build your personal task list. Message text may be sent to OpenAI's API to classify it; it is not used to train models. We do not sell, share or use your data for advertising.
into-one's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored with short conversation digests and your tasks in a private database. Digests older than 24 hours are discarded.
You can disconnect any account at any time from Settings, which deletes its tokens. You can also revoke access at Google or in Slack. To delete everything, email cuthoursmail@gmail.com.
